Helping People to find Their Place, Their Purpose, and Their Path Forward
Specialist alternative provision, inclusion football, youth development and counselling, supporting people in the community to feel safe, belong, develop and grow.

Get Game Ready CIC supports young people who are struggling to engage, regulate or feel part of their environment.
Working with schools, local authorities and families across Warwickshire, Coventry and surrounding areas, we provide therapeutic alternative provision, structured youth programmes, inclusion football and counselling.
Our work is built around the Life Preparation Model, a proven framework designed to develop confidence, resilience, life skills and emotional wellbeing in a way that is practical, measurable and meaningful.
Get Game Ready CIC is a community-focused organisation built on a simple principle: when the environment is right, people naturally move toward development. We offer inclusive, therapeutic services that are the vehicles used to help individuals feel safe, find a sense of belonging, and begin to grow.
Whether working with adults through our counselling services or supporting young people through our provisions or sporting pathways, everything we do is guided by our Life Preparation Model. This is our blueprint for helping people transition from despair to growth, building the adaptability and self-belief needed to navigate life’s demands.

We provide structured, supportive environments where people can stabilise, reconnect and begin to move forward.
Our services work together as a joined-up pathway:
Each service plays a specific role, but all follow the same structured approach, creating consistency and clear progression.
Our work is built around a simple principle:
When the environment is right, young people develop the capacity to grow.
The Life Preparation Model focuses on developing emotional intelligence, communication, confidence, intrinsic motivation and real-world life skills, helping people become more adaptable and better prepared for life.
